Our team is here to welcome you and ensure a safe, relaxing, and happy stay at Canberra Park. Here’s what you need to know:
Check-in after 2pm (subject to availability). Check-out by 10am.
We’re fully compliant and hold all the necessary licences.
The Homestead serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Usual hours are 6am-9am for brekkie, 12pm-2pm for lunch, and 5pm-9pm for dinner. Need different times? Just chat with us. Dress neat and tidy, please.
Familiarise yourself with the property map and room evacuation plan. In an emergency, call 000 or our after-hours number.
No pets in accommodation or dining areas unless they’re medically certified companions.
Please keep noise down between 10pm and 7am to respect everyone’s enjoyment.
All guests must register on arrival. Registered guests are responsible for their group’s behaviour. Group leaders, keep an eye on the kids.
Keep your valuables secure and lock up your rooms and vehicles. We can’t be responsible for theft.
We have special access rooms and facilities. Let us know if you need them.
Our terms and conditions are attached for the group accommodation area.
Enjoy the local wildlife, but please don’t feed them. We’re home to some vulnerable species like the Striped Legless Lizard and Golden Sun Moth.
Australian Standards recommend no child under 10 sleeps on the top bunk.
No cooking in accommodation buildings. All meals are served in the Homestead.
Located behind the Bettong and Quoll buildings for caravan and motorhome travellers. Please keep it clean and let us know if anything needs attention.
WiFi is available throughout. If you have trouble in your room, try the central hall. Restrictions apply for younger guests. Adults can request a password at reception.
Left something behind? Email canberra@discoveryparks.com.au or call us to check if it’s been found. We’ll help coordinate its return.
Park in your designated spot. Visitors should use the front parking area. Coach parking available.
Your privacy is important. We won’t share your details without your consent.
Reception hours vary but are generally 7am-9pm daily.
Rubbish is collected thrice weekly. Please wrap securely and recycle glass and aluminium. Paper and cardboard can be recycled in the waste area.
We have a sick bay for unwell children, supervised by an adult. We don’t provide a trained nurse.
Keep speeds to walking pace. Use a spotter when reversing coaches.
Help us conserve water wherever possible.
