Leave the car behind at your cabin, caravan or camping site and take public transport. You’ll entertain the whole family – Aquarium, café culture, shopping or Queen Victoria Markets. Sports lovers will be satisfied - the MCG and Marvel Stadium are close by. Wander through iconic St Kilda and treat the kids at Luna Park, or escape the city completely for the renowned Yarra Valley wine trail.
Campfires are not permitted at this park from 1 November 2026 - 30 April 2027.
Outside of these times, our Park Manager will monitor local conditions and may under their discretion ban campfires due to the current risk at that time.
You may also check with the park team when you arrive if campfires are permitted or banned during your stay.
