Frequently Asked Questions

Is Laser Tag safe?

Yes - there are no actual lasers involved, just invisible infrared beams (same as your TV remote). Our equipment is designed with safety in mind, and we’ve put thorough checks in place to ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone.

Is there an age limit?
  • Ages 6-12: Welcome with parental supervision (parents will need to assist with the gear).  Available to book and play in 'Junior' session only.
  • Ages 13-15: Need a responsible adult (16+) to play alongside them.
  • Ages 16+: Free to play solo – just stick to the rules!
Do I need to pre-book?

Yes - sessions fill up quickly, so bookings and prepayment are essential to secure your spot in the action. Once bookings are live, check out our online calendar here.

How many people can play?
We can accommodate up to 20 players per session. A minimum of 10 players is required to open a session, but if one is already open, we can add you in!
When should I arrive?
To maximise your game time, please arrive 20 minutes before your session for check-in and mandatory pre-game requirements. If you’re late, the session starts without you!
What should I wear?
  • Footwear: closed-in shoes are mandatory (no thongs or sandals allowed)
  • Clothing: Loose, comfortable attire you don’t mind getting a little dirty. Dark or camouflage colours will help you stay hidden from your enemies!
  • Hat/Bandana: You must wear something on your head for the sensor headband to sit on.
  • Sunscreen & Bug Spray: It’s an outdoor game after all!
How long does a session last?

Each session runs for 1 hour, including three 15-minute games of nonstop excitement!

Does it hurt when you get hit?

Nope! Unlike paintball, Laser Tag is completely painless. When you get tagged, your gear will light up and emit a sound – but that’s it. No bruises, no tears, just non-stop fun!

What if it rains?
A little drizzle? No problem! Our gear is water-resistant, and we’ll keep the action going unless there’s heavy rain or lightning. If bad weather forces us to cancel, we’ll work with you to reschedule your session. Our game supervisor will always be monitoring the weather to ensure its safe to operate a session.
Can I bring food and drinks?
No food is allowed in the game zone, but you’re welcome to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Rules of Play – so everyone is guaranteed a good time
  • No Running, Jumping, or Stunts - This isn’t the army or training camp! We want to keep everyone safe and eliminate risks!
  • No Physical Contact - Tag with your laser, not your hands!
  • No Alcohol or Drugs -  Keep your game face sharp! Players must be sober to participate.
  • No Foul Language or Bullying - We’re here for fun and fair play!
  • No Smoking in the Games Zone - Keep the air clean for everyone!
  • No Chewing Gum - We don’t want sticky situations on the battlefield!
Have a pre-existing medical condition?

Laser Tag can be physically demanding, so check with your doctor before playing. Unfortunately, for safety reasons, pregnant players are advised not to participate.
