Kings Canyon Booking Terms and Conditions
'We', 'our' or 'us' means Discovery Kings Canyon, owned and operated by Discovery Holiday Parks Pty Limited ACN 111 782 846 which is the operator of this website.
Resort Rooms & Glamping Tents
Deposit and Final Payment Policy
- To secure your reservation, we will require a deposit equivalent to one (1) night of accommodation taken from your nominated credit card.
- The remaining balance (inclusive of all accommodation, pre-booked meals, conferencing, functions, and tours) will be automatically processed on the nominated credit card fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival.
- Payment of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking if the date of arrival is within fourteen (14) days of booking.
- Please contact our reservations team on (08) 7210 9600 to prepay your final balance via an alternative method of payment.
Cancellation, Amendment and Refund Policy
- Any cancellations or amendments requested greater than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night of accommodation.
- Any cancellations or amendments requested within fourteen (14) days of arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one hundred (100) percent of the booking (inclusive of all accommodation, pre-booked meals, conferencing, functions, and tours).
- No refunds are available in the event of an early departure or non-arrival.
Campgrounds (Powered/Unpowered Sites) & Lodge Rooms

- To secure your Campground reservation, we will require a deposit equivalent to one (1) night of accommodation taken from your nominated credit card.
- The remaining balance (inclusive of all accommodation, pre-booked meals, conferencing, functions, and tours) will be automatically processed on the nominated credit card upon your arrival.
Cancellation, Amendment and Refund Policy
- Any Campground cancellations or amendments requested prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night of accommodation.
- No refunds are available in the event of an early departure or non-arrival.
Waiver, Release, Discharge and Indemnity
In making your booking you acknowledge that you have read and accept the Waiver, Release, Discharge and Indemnity.

Guarantee Policy:
To secure your reservation, we will require a credit card number and expiry date. While we do require this information to guarantee your reservation, no charges are processed to your card at this time. Full payment can be made upon check-out from the Resort. Please see our Cancellation, Amendment & Refund Policy below, which outlines any charges you may incur in case of cancellation or amendments.
Cancellation, Amendment & Refund Policy:
No cancellation fees apply if the booking is cancelled or amended more than 7 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations or amendments within 7 to 4 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's accommodation. Any cancellations or amendments within 72 hours of arrival will incur full cancellation fees, including accommodation, pre-booked meals, transfers and pre-booked tours.
