G’DAY Rewards Membership Program Terms and Conditions
  1. In these Terms and Conditions:
    1. “G’DAY Rewards”, “Licence Co”, “we” or “us” means Australian Park Licence Co Pty Limited ACN 622 566 205, a subsidiary of Discovery Holiday Parks;
    2. “G’DAY Rewards Program” is a customer loyalty membership program managed by Australian Park Licence Co Pty Limited ACN 622 566 205, a subsidiary of Discovery Holiday Parks;
    3. “Discovery Parks” means Discovery Holiday Parks, ACN 111 782 846;
    4. “Eligible Park” means an eligible holiday park owned or operated by or on behalf of Discovery Holiday Parks, ACN 111 782 846, Australian Park Licence Co Pty Ltd ACN 622 566 205, or a holiday park licenced to Australian Park Licence Co Pty Ltd ACN 622 566 205;
    5. “Eligible Park Website” means an eligible holiday park website owned or operated by or on behalf of Discovery Holiday Parks, ACN 111 782 846, Australian Park Licence Co Pty Ltd ACN 622 566 205, or a holiday park licenced to Australian Park Licence Co Pty Ltd ACN 622 566 205;
    6. “Eligible Stay” means a stay booked and paid via an Eligible Park Website, over the Phone or in person at an Eligible Park;
    7. Annuals mean long-term causal occupants;
    8. Permanents means residential occupants;
    9. “Member” means a member in the G’DAY Rewards program;
    10. “Membership” means membership in the G’DAY Rewards program;
    11. “Membership Card” means the card issued (including digital or virtual cards) by the G’DAY Rewards Program linked to a Membership for use by the Member;
    12. “Membership Number” means the number issued via the Membership Card by the G’DAY Rewards Program linked to a Membership for use by the Member;
    13. “Membership Portal” means the online portal which Members can use to access Membership information and redeem benefits;
    14. RRP means Recommended Retail Price
    15. “Membership Status” means the membership status level a G’DAY Rewards member has earned by Valid Membership and Eligible Stays in Eligible Parks;
    16. “Partners” means third party suppliers that have entered into an agreement to be a partner of G’DAY Rewards;
    17. “Partner Benefits” means benefits supplied by Partners.
    18. “Status Expiry Date” means the date an upgraded membership status level expires after a 12-month period;
    19. “Valid Membership” means a current G’DAY Rewards membership that has been paid for and has not expired;
    20. “Valid Membership Card or Membership Number” means a membership card or number linked to a valid membership that has been paid for and has not expired;
    21. “Website” means the G’DAY Rewards website at www.gdayrewards.com.au;
  2. By joining G’DAY Rewards, and as a condition of participation, the Member accepts these terms and conditions and any rules, policies and procedures that may be adopted by G’DAY Rewards from time to time;
  3. Subject to these terms and conditions, any natural person who is a customer of DISCOVERY PARKS or LICENCE CO may become a Member. Each person may only join G’DAY Rewards once and will receive one Membership Card;
  4. All Members will be assigned a Membership number, which will be used to verify Membership validity and status.
  1. G’DAY Rewards Membership
    1. Membership Validity
      1. The Membership Period for a valid Membership is 24 months (2 years). The Membership Period commences from date membership fee payment is successfully processed.
      2. If a G’DAY Rewards paid member (a member that have achieved Mate, Great Mate or Best Mate) fails to renew their membership (by paying the required fee) the membership status will default to ‘Free Mate’;
      3. The ‘Free Mate’ status will remain until the G’DAY Rewards member renews or opts out.
    2. Membership Exclusions
      1. Permanent Residents are only eligible to earn and receive G’DAY Rewards benefits at Eligible Parks where they do not ordinarily reside in or maintain a permanent site;
      2. Workstay residents are not eligible to earn and receive G’DAY Rewards benefits.
    3. Membership Card and Identification
      1. A Member can opt to receive a physical or digital Membership Card at the time of becoming a G’DAY Rewards Member.
      2. All physical Membership Cards remain the property of G’DAY Rewards. The Member must exercise reasonable care in having and maintaining a physical Membership Card and return or destroy it at the request of G’DAY Rewards.
      3. Should a Member require a replacement of a physical Membership Card, G’DAY Reward will use reasonable endeavours to cancel the existing Membership Card and issue a replacement card to the relevant Member. There may be a cost to replace a physical Membership Card.
      4. A digital membership card may be obtained in person from an Eligible Park and is available to print from the Membership Portal on the Website at any time.
      5. There is no difference between the value and benefits attached to a physical Membership Card and a digital Membership Card.
    4. Membership Portal
      1. Members can manage their membership details and access their booking history via the G’DAY Rewards Member Portal accessible via the Website.
      2. To access the Membership Portal, members must first register using their Membership Number, Last Name and Postcode, and assign a username and password.
      3. Only members with a valid email address can register to use the Membership Portal.
    5. Membership Renewal
      1. Membership can be renewed either via the Website, over the phone or in person at an Eligible Park or by sending a renewal application form via post and paying the required fee of $50.
      2. Membership must be renewed prior to the expiry date for a Member to retain the existing earned membership status level and to retain the existing accrual of eligible stays used to earn a higher membership status level.
      3. G’DAY Rewards does not take any responsibility for any potential delays caused by loss of cheque or other payments made when a Member has chosen to send a renewal application form via post. This includes, without limitation, the loss of any payment, mail intercepted with malicious intent, or internal delays in processing the Membership Renewal which cause the existing expiry date to pass.
    6. Membership Disqualification
      1. G’DAY Rewards reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of a Member or Membership status, including their personal details and booking history, and to disqualify any Membership that has been tampered with or appears to have been tampered with by an Eligible Park, including but not limited to, use of software or any other mechanism that results in a Membership misrepresenting the eligible stays or Membership status earned;
      2. G’DAY Rewards reserves the right to refuse to accept an application of Membership from any such person that tampers to appears to tamper with a Membership, including but not limited to, unauthorised intervention or fraud.
  2. G’DAY Rewards Membership Status Tiers
    1. G’DAY Rewards ‘Free Mate’ Membership Status
      1. A G’DAY Rewards ‘Free Mate’ Member will receive:
        1. access to pre-release holiday deals at Discovery Parks or Top Parks; and
        2. access to a digital copy of the G’DAY Magazine and G’DAY National Guide;
      2. G’DAY Rewards ‘Free Mate’ Members are not entitled to any additional benefits.
    2. G’DAY Rewards ‘Mate’ Membership Status
      1. A G’DAY Rewards ‘Mate’ Member will receive:
        1. a 10% discount on the accommodation charge for one site or single cabin at an Eligible Park up to the value of $50 per stay;
        2. access to claim benefits provided by G’DAY Rewards Partner network;
        3. one benefit once per eligible stay per year, based on a choice of three benefit types; choice is to be made between Free Bag of Ice, Free Early Check-in or Free Late Check-out benefit; and
        4. one Free Park Equipment Hire benefit once per eligible stay per year.
    3. Note: These benefits are subject to availability and may not be available during peak periods.

    4. G’DAY Rewards ‘Great Mate’ Membership Status
      1. A G’DAY Rewards ‘Great Mate’ Member will receive:
        1. a 10% discount on the accommodation charge for one site or single cabin at an Eligible Park up to the value of $50 per stay;
        2. benefits provided by G’DAY Rewards Partner Network;
        3. one benefit once per eligible stay, based on a choice of three benefit types; choice is to be made between Free Bag of Ice, Free Early Check-in or Free Late Check-out benefit; and
        4. three Free Park Equipment Hire benefits to be redeemed once per eligible stay per year.
        5. one Free Upgrade benefit once per eligible stay per year.
    5. Note: These benefits are subject to availability and may not be available during peak periods.

    6. G’DAY Rewards ‘Best Mate’ Membership Status
      1. A G’DAY Rewards ‘Best Mate’ Member will receive:
        1. a 10% discount on the total value of the accommodation charge for one site or single cabin at an Eligible Park per eligible stay for the first 19 consecutive nights (excluding permanents and annuals);
        2. benefits provided by G’DAY Rewards Partner Network;
        3. free Bag of Ice benefit once per eligible stay;
        4. free Early Check-in benefit once per eligible stay;
        5. free Late Check-out benefit once per eligible stay;
        6. six free Park Equipment Hire benefits to be redeemed once per eligible stay per year;
        7. two free Night Upgrade benefits to be redeemed once per eligible stay per year; and
        8. one Extra Night benefit once per eligible stay per year.

      Note: These benefits are subject to availability and may not be available during peak periods.

  3. Earning Membership Status Tiers
    1. Earning ‘Free Mate’ Membership Status
      1. A G’DAY Rewards Member will receive ‘Free Mate’ Status if they have:
        1. subscribed via the website to receive news and offers relating to the G’DAY Rewards program
        2. passed their expiry date without renewing their membership.
    2. Earning ‘Mate’ Membership Status
      1. A G’DAY Rewards Member will earn ‘Mate’ status once they have:
        1. purchased a valid G’DAY Rewards membership via the website, over the phone or in person at any Eligible Park.
    3. Earning ‘Great Mate’ Membership Status
      1. A G’DAY Rewards Member will earn ‘Great Mate’ status once they have:
        1. purchased a valid G’DAY Rewards membership via the website, over the phone or in person at any Eligible Park;
        2. completed three separate eligible stays at an Eligible Park or completed 10 nights across one or more stays at any Eligible Park;
        3. completed eligible stays at an Eligible Park and adhered to the eligible stay booking criteria; and
        4. completed eligible stays within a 12-month period.
    4. Earning ‘Best Mate’ Membership Status
      1. A G’DAY Rewards Member will earn ‘Best Mate’ status once they have:
        1. purchased a valid G’DAY Rewards membership via the website, over the phone or in person at any Eligible Park;
        2. completed six separate eligible stays at an Eligible Park or completed 20 nights across two or more stays at any Eligible Park;
        3. completed eligible stays at an Eligible Park and adhered to the eligible stay booking criteria; and
        4. completed eligible stays within a 12-month period.
    5. Earning Membership Status Levels
      1. A G’DAY Rewards member must have a valid membership to earn G’DAY Rewards Membership Status levels;
      2. G’DAY Rewards Membership Status upgrades are calculated only on eligible stays;
      3. Earned upgrades (Great Mate/Best Mate) to G’DAY Rewards Membership Status levels will be communicated to members from end of February 2019;
      4. G’DAY Rewards Membership Status earned upgrades are valid for 12-months from date of upgrade and will be assigned a status expiry date;
      5. G’DAY Rewards Members will have the 12-month period until the status expiry date to use benefits of existing status or earn a higher status;
      6. If a G’DAY Rewards Member earns a higher status during the 12-month period, the 12-month period will reset from date of upgrade and the higher status will be assigned a new status expiry date;
      7. G’DAY Rewards Members are required to re-qualify for existing or higher status before status expiry date;
      8. If a G’DAY Rewards member has earned a membership status that has a status expiry date that expires after their current membership expiry date the earned G’DAY Rewards membership status will continue to be recognised until the status expiry date provided the G’DAY member renews their membership prior to the expiry date;
      9. A G’DAY Rewards membership status will not be recognised regardless of status expiry date if it is not linked to a valid membership.
      10. G’DAY Rewards Tier status will be calculated at a minimum monthly
    6. Eligible Stays and Linked Bookings
      1. Eligible stays will only be included in calculations relating to a G’DAY Rewards Member’s status if the check-out date linked to the booking is equal to or after the G’DAY Rewards Program relaunch date of 3 December 2018.
      2. Stays will only be eligible to be included in calculations relating to a G’DAY Rewards Member’s status if:
        1. the linked booking includes a valid Membership number;
        2. the name on the booking matches the name on the Membership card;
        3. the valid Membership number or the valid Membership card linked to the booking is confirmed at check-in;
        4. the G’DAY Rewards membership is valid at the time of check-out for the linked booking;
        5. the linked booking does not overlap with another booking that has already been linked to an eligible stay and allocated to the same valid Member;
        6. the linked booking is not a permanent or annual accommodation stay;
        7. the linked booking was made via an Eligible Park website or on the phone or in person in an Eligible Park;
        8. the linked booking must have reached check-out date;
        9. the linked booking has not been cancelled;
        10. the linked booking has not been paid in full;
        11. the linked booking has a value greater than $0;
      3. The maximum number of accredited nights that will be included on an eligible stay is 19 nights; and
      4. G’DAY Rewards does not guarantee the availability of any Eligible Park accommodation at any time or location to any G’DAY Rewards Member (or any other person).
    7. Viewing Booking History and Claiming Lost Bookings
      1. Member Booking History is accessible via the Membership Portal. Each Booking is assigned a status description:
        1. Pending: booking is being validated and will be applied once confirmed;
        2. Applied: booking will count towards earning your next Membership status upgrade;
      2. Allocated: booking has already counted towards earning your current Membership status upgrade;
        1. Invalid: booking is not valid and cannot count towards a Membership status upgrade; and
        2. Expired: booking is greater than 12 months old and no longer counts towards a Membership status upgrade. Booking history status naming convention may differ from above.
      3. If a member believes an eligible stay has not been applied to their booking history, they may elect to complete a lost booking form on the website or contact G’DAY Rewards national support office on 1300 661 811.
      4. G’DAY Rewards does not guarantee the accuracy of a member’s booking history.
  4. Membership Benefits
    1. Redeeming Membership benefits
      1. Membership benefits can be seasonal, and type and availability may vary between Eligible Parks;
      2. Membership benefits will only be provided to the person who is named on the Membership Card;
      3. Membership benefits are not transferable or redeemable for cash;
      4. Membership benefits cannot be applied retrospectively;
      5. Any Member redeeming benefits during a stay at an Eligible Park will also be required to agree to the park terms and conditions set at the discretion of the individual park;
      6. G’DAY Rewards does not guarantee the availability of any Membership benefits at any time or location to any Member (or any other person);
      7. Membership benefits may be substituted at any time by Eligible Parks at their discretion if the requested membership benefit is unavailable.
    2. Redeeming Booking Discount benefit
      1. The Booking Discount benefit is not valid for ‘Free Mate’ Membership Status;
      2. Valid members with a ‘Mate’ Membership Status receive a 10% discount on the accommodation charge for one site or single cabin at an Eligible Park up to the value of $50 per stay;
      3. Valid members with a ‘Great Mate’ Membership Status receive a 10% discount on the accommodation charge for one site or single cabin at an Eligible Park up to the value of $50 per stay;
      4. Valid members with a ‘Best Mate’ Membership Status receive a 10% discount on the total value of the accommodation charge for one site or single cabin at an Eligible Park per stay for the first 19 consecutive nights (excluding permanents and annuals);
      5. The Booking Discount benefit cannot be used on a booking for multiple sites or cabins;
      6. The Booking Discount benefit applies to direct bookings via an Eligible Park website, or in person at an Eligible Park or via the phone.
      7. The Booking Discount benefit cannot be used in conjunction with another discount, promotional or package offer from G’DAY Rewards, Discovery Holiday Parks, Top Parks or any other third party.
      8. The Booking Discount benefit can be redeemed via an Eligible Park website, over the phone, or in person in an Eligible Park.
      9. The Booking Discount benefit is subject to availability of accommodation at an Eligible Park.
    3. Redeeming Free Bag of Ice benefit
      1. The Free Bag of Ice benefit is not valid for ‘Free Mate’ Membership Status;
      2. Valid members with a ‘Mate’ Membership Status are eligible to redeem one benefit once per eligible stay per year, based on a choice of three benefit types. Choice is to be made between Free Bag of Ice, Free Early Check-in or Free Late Check-out benefit;
      3. Valid members with a ‘Great Mate’ Membership Status are eligible to redeem one benefit once per eligible stay, based on a choice of three benefit types. Choice is to be made between Free Bag of Ice, Free Early Check-in or Free Late Check-out benefit;
      4. Valid members with a ‘Best Mate’ Membership Status are eligible to redeem a Free Bag of Ice once per every eligible stay;
      5. Redemption of the Free Bag of Ice benefit is subject to availability at all Eligible Parks;
      6. The RRP of a Free Bag of Ice may vary from park to park.
      7. The Free Bag of Ice benefit can be redeemed in person in an Eligible Park only.
    4. Redeeming Early Check-in benefit
      1. The Early Check-in benefit is not valid for ‘Free Mate’ Membership Status;
      2. Valid members with a ‘Mate’ Membership Status are eligible to redeem one benefit once per eligible stay per year, based on a choice of three benefit types. Choice is to be made between Free Bag of Ice, Free Early Check-in or Free Late Check-out benefit;
      3. Valid members with a ‘Great Mate’ Membership Status are eligible to redeem one benefit once per eligible stay, based on a choice of three benefit types. Choice is to be made between Free Bag of Ice, Free Early Check-in or Free Late Check-out benefit;
      4. Valid members with a ‘Best Mate’ Membership Status are eligible to redeem an Early Check-in once per every eligible stay;
      5. An Early Check-in will be no later than 12pm. Eligible Parks may choose to offer an Early Check-in time before 12pm at their discretion.
      6. Redemption of the Early Check-in benefit is subject to availability at all Eligible Parks;
      7. The RRP of an Early Check-in may vary from park to park.
      8. The Early Check-in benefit can be redeemed via an Eligible Park website (requested via the additional comments field), over the phone, or in person in an Eligible Park.
    5. Redeeming Late Check-out benefit
      1. The Late Check-out benefit is not valid for ‘Free Mate’ Membership Status;
      2. Valid members with a ‘Mate’ Membership Status are eligible to redeem one benefit once per eligible stay per year, based on a choice of three benefit types. Choice is to be made between Free Bag of Ice, Free Early Check-in or Free Late Check-out benefit;
      3. Valid members with a ‘Great Mate’ Membership Status are eligible to redeem one benefit once per eligible stay, based on a choice of three benefit types. Choice is to be made between Free Bag of Ice, Free Early Check-in or Free Late Check-out benefit;
      4. Valid members with a ‘Best Mate’ Membership Status are eligible to redeem a Late Check-out once per every eligible stay;
      5. A Late Check-out will be no earlier than 12pm. Eligible Parks may choose to offer a Late Check-out time after 12pm at their discretion.
      6. Redemption of the Late Check-out benefit is subject to availability at all Eligible Parks;
      7. The RRP of a Late Check-out may vary from park to park.
      8. The Late Check-out benefit can be redeemed via an Eligible Park website (requested via the additional comments field), over the phone, or in person in an Eligible Park.
    6. Redeeming Free Park Equipment Hire benefit
      1. The Free Park Equipment Hire benefit is not valid for ‘Free Mate’ Membership Status;
      2. Valid members with a ‘Mate’ Membership Status are eligible to redeem one Free Park Equipment Hire benefit once per eligible stay per year;
      3. Valid members with a ‘Great Mate’ Membership Status are eligible to redeem one Free Park Equipment Hire benefit once per eligible stay up to three times per year;
      4. Valid members with a ‘Best Mate’ Membership Status are eligible to redeem one Free Park Equipment Hire benefit once per eligible stay up to six times per year;
      5. Redemption of the Free Park Equipment Hire benefit is subject to availability at all Eligible Parks;
      6. Redemption of the Free Park Equipment Hire benefit is capped at $20 for non-motorised equipment and $40 for motorised equipment per eligible stay.
      7. The RRP of a Free Park Equipment Hire benefit may vary from park to park.
      8. The Free Park Equipment Hire benefit can be redeemed in person in an Eligible Park only.
    7. Redeeming Free Upgrade benefit
      1. The Free Upgrade benefit is not valid for ‘Free Mate’ Membership Status;
      2. The Free Upgrade benefit is not valid for ‘Mate’ Membership Status;
      3. Valid members with a ‘Great Mate’ Membership Status are eligible to redeem one Free Upgrade benefit once per eligible stay per year;
      4. Valid members with a ‘Best Mate’ Membership Status are eligible to redeem one Free Upgrade benefit once per eligible stay up to two times per year;
      5. The Free Upgrade benefit can only be redeemed when it forms part of an eligible stay at an Eligible Park;
      6. The Free Upgrade benefit will be applied to the next highest accommodation product within the same accommodation category in the original booking. Eligible accommodation categories for the Free Upgrade benefit are sites or cabins;
      7. The Free Upgrade benefit is subject to availability at Eligible Parks;
      8. The Free Upgrade benefit can be redeemed via an Eligible Park website (requested via the additional comments field), over the phone, or in person in an Eligible Park.
    8. Redeeming One Extra Night benefit
      1. The One Extra Night benefit is not valid for ‘Free Mate’ Membership Status;
      2. The One Extra Night benefit is not valid for ‘Mate’ Membership Status;
      3. The One Extra Night benefit is not valid for ‘Great Mate’ Membership Status;
      4. Valid members with a ‘Best Mate’ Membership Status are eligible to redeem One Extra Night benefit once per eligible stay per year;
      5. The One Extra Night benefit can be redeemed for one site or single cabin for one night at an Eligible Park and is calculated based on average nightly accommodation charge of previous eligible stays up to the value of $250;
      6. The One Extra Night benefit can only be redeemed when it forms part of an eligible stay at an Eligible Park;
      7. When the accommodation charges for multiple nights of an eligible stay are not equal in value, the One Extra Night benefit will be applied to the lowest nightly accommodation charge of the eligible stay.
      8. The One Extra Night benefit can be redeemed via an Eligible Park website (requested via the additional comments field), over the phone, or in person in an Eligible Park.
    9. Redeeming Digital G’DAY Magazine and Digital G’DAY Park Guide benefits
      1. The Digital G’DAY Magazine and Digital G’DAY Park Guide benefits are valid for ‘Free Mate’ Membership Status;
      2. The Digital G’DAY Magazine and Digital G’DAY Park Guide benefits are valid for ‘Mate’ Membership Status;
      3. The Digital G’DAY Magazine and Digital G’DAY Park Guide benefits are valid for ‘Great Mate’ Membership Status;
      4. The Digital G’DAY Magazine and Digital G’DAY Park Guide benefits are valid for ‘Best Mate’ Membership Status;
      5. All Members must provide a valid email address to be eligible to receive Digital G’DAY Magazine and Digital G’DAY Park guide benefits.
    10. Additional Member Benefits
      1. G’DAY Rewards (via Eligible Parks) may also offer complimentary upgrades to G’DAY Rewards Members at any time, at its own discretion or the discretion of individual Eligible Parks.
  5. Partners and Partner Benefits
    1. Valid members have access to a range of third-party benefits provided by G’DAY Rewards Partners;
    2. Partners and their benefits, and related terms and conditions can be found on the website;
    3. G’DAY Rewards accepts no responsibility for the provision or availability of Partner Benefits;
    4. G’DAY Rewards is not liable to any person for any cost, liability, claim or expense arising as a result of cancellation or termination of Partner Benefits;
    5. To claim Partner Benefits in person from G’DAY Rewards Partners, the G’DAY Rewards member must present a valid Membership Card to the G’DAY Rewards Partner at the time of transaction where claiming of a Partner Benefit occurs. If the transaction is being made by phone or via the internet, the G’DAY Rewards Member must supply a valid G'Day Rewards Membership number to the relevant G'day Rewards Partner at the time of purchase;
    6. Partner Benefits (if any) offered by a G’DAY Rewards Partner are subject to availability and any terms and conditions disclosed by the Partner which are available on the Website;
    7. Any Partner may change, cancel or vary their offering of Partner Benefits to Members without notice. Any such change will not impact any previously confirmed purchases of a Partner Benefit by a Member;
    8. G’DAY Rewards does not guarantee the availability of any Partner Benefit promoted any Partner;
    9. G’DAY Rewards may receive a payment from any Partner as a result of the promotion of the Partner Benefit or its redemption by a Member;
  6. Accommodation Bookings
    1. Acceptance of any accommodation booking linked to a Membership is acknowledgment and agreement to these terms and conditions:
      1. The tariff is based on the number and type of guests for the specified time and duration. Any changes thereto may change the tariff.
      2. Prices quoted are current at time of booking, inclusive of GST and firm upon full payment for the specified time and duration.
      3. Bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded less one nights' accommodation.
      4. Where bookings are cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, an amount equalling 25% of the total accommodation quoted above will be retained (or one night's accommodation whichever is greater). Bookings can be moved; however, prices may change depending on the new booking period and amendment fees may apply. Customers may hold credit on their client account for up to 12 months. The same cancellation requirements as indicated above apply to Group bookings (two or more on-site accommodation), however 30 days' notice must be given in this case.
      5. No refunds are given for early departures or cancellations once arrived.
      6. Stricter cancellation conditions may apply for individual parks during their peak season. Refer to the terms and conditions outlined in your booking confirmation.
      7. Only one promotional/membership offer can be redeemed on any booking.
      8. Promotional code, voucher or membership discounts must be redeemed at time of online booking. Discounts will not be applied or refunded after a booking has been confirmed.
      9. In the respect for the comfort of others staying at each of the Discovery Parks, we only allow one vehicle per booking.
      10. We reserve the right to refuse entry into Parks. A full refund will be issued under these circumstances.
      11. Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
      12. Each online booking website has its own cancellation/refund policy that might also be relevant to the specific deal that is being offered - please check with the relevant website.
      13. Credit Card or Debit Card fees: If you wish to pay by MasterCard or Visa credit or debit card, Amex, Diners or Union Pay, we will charge a non-refundable card surcharge of 1.00% of the total transaction value (excludes EFTPOS transactions).
  7. G’DAY Rewards Membership Program
    1. Program Changes
      1. G’DAY Rewards may make any changes to the Program or Partners, including changing these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice to members;
      2. G’DAY Rewards will advise G’DAY Rewards Members of all changes to these terms and conditions via the website.
    2. Termination or Suspension of Program
      1. G’DAY Rewards reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Membership if it reasonably believes that the member has breached these terms and conditions. A Member may terminate their Membership at any time by notice in writing to G’DAY Rewards;
      2. G’DAY Rewards gives no warranty as to the continuing availability of the membership Program. G’DAY Rewards may terminate or suspend the Membership Program at any time upon 14 days prior notice, either in writing or via email or by posting online on the website;
      3. If G’DAY Rewards chooses to end or suspend the Program, G’DAY Rewards will give at least 3 months' written notice to G’DAY Rewards Members of such termination or suspension;
      4. If the program is Terminated:
        1. all confirmed Bookings will be fulfilled by Discovery Parks and Top Parks at the discounted rates offered to G’DAY Rewards Members;
        2. G’DAY Rewards Members who have not received G’DAY Rewards up to a value of $50 during the current Membership Period will have their Membership fee refunded in full (G’DAY Rewards Members who have received G’DAY Rewards up to a value of $50 or more during the current Membership Period will not receive a refund);
        3. If G’DAY Rewards ceases to operate the Program will cease immediately and:
        4. G’DAY Rewards will provide all G’DAY Rewards Members who have provided a valid email or postal address with written notice of the termination of their membership within 7 Business Days of such decision being made (Termination Date);
        5. Neither Discovery Parks or Top Parks is liable to any person for any cost, liability, claim or expense arising as a result of cancellation or termination of the Program;
        6. If an individual does not agree to abide by, or accept these Terms, they must not apply for, nor maintain any Membership.
  8. Collection of Personal Information
    1. G’DAY Rewards collects and uses Personal Information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Privacy Law. In addition, G’DAY Rewards collects an individual's Personal Information from that individual's G’DAY Rewards Membership application, any revisions of that information made by or on behalf of the G’DAY Rewards Member, any Bookings made by a G’DAY Rewards Member where the G’DAY Rewards Member's Membership number is used and from Discovery Park or Top Parks Holiday Park and G’DAY Rewards Benefits Partners when G’DAY Rewards Members deal with them in connection with their G’DAY Rewards Membership;
    2. G’DAY Rewards collects that Personal Information to conduct and administer the Program, as well as processing Bookings, conducting research about the Program and developing and marketing goods and services. G’DAY Rewards may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to G’DAY Rewards Partners, analytics providers, technology solution providers, data storage and processing providers and marketing and digital agencies for the sole purpose for which it was collected. Please note that Personal Information may be transferred outside of Australia to the United States, for the sole purpose for which it was collected;
    3. If the information requested is not provided, the individual may not participate in the Program or receive the benefits otherwise available under the Program. By participating in the Program, unless otherwise advised by the individual, each individual also agrees that G’DAY Rewards may use their Personal Information, for profiling and research;
    4. G’DAY Rewards respects the privacy of members and will only deal with personal information in accordance with the G’DAY Rewards Privacy Policy and Privacy Statement which is available https://www.gdayrewards.com.au/privacy-policy
  9. Liability
    1. G’DAY Rewards and any of their officers, employees or agents have no liability to any person for any loss or claim of any kind (including, without limitation, direct consequential or economic loss or damage or loss of profits), which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise under or in connection with these terms, the Membership Program (including, without limitation, any changes to the Membership Program) or in respect of any failure or omission by G’DAY Rewards.
    2. Liability against partners not delivering to members, and partners not delivering to us;
    3. No failure under these terms to exercise nor any delay in exercising any right, power or remedy by G’DAY Rewards operates as a waiver. A waiver is not valid or binding on G’DAY Rewards unless made in writing;
    4. A Member must not assign or transfer its rights or obligations under these terms without the prior written consent of G’DAY Rewards.  G’DAY Rewards may assign or transfer its rights or obligations under these terms in its absolute discretion.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions forms an Agreement which is governed by the laws of South Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts exercising jurisdiction there in connection with these matters concerning this Agreement.
