A Digital Promotional Voucher is a single use, promotional code that provides a discount on eligible bookings made through the Discovery Parks website.

Digital Promotional Vouchers may be delivered via email, SMS, or other Discovery Parks marketing communications and are subject to specific eligibility requirements, booking conditions and expiry dates.

How do I redeem my Digital Promotional Voucher?

To redeem your voucher:

Visit the Discovery Parks website.
Search for your preferred park and travel dates.
Select your accommodation.
Enter your voucher code in the promo code field during the booking process.
If your booking meets the voucher conditions, the discount will be applied automatically.

Where can I redeem my Digital Promotional Voucher?

Which parks can I use my voucher at?

Voucher eligibility varies by offer. Some Digital Promotional Vouchers may only be valid at selected parks, regions or states.

Can I use my voucher on any accommodation type?

Why isn't my voucher working?

Common reasons include:

The voucher has expired.
The selected travel dates are not eligible.
The park is not included in the offer.
Minimum spend requirements have not been met.
The voucher is not valid for the selected accommodation type.
The voucher has already been redeemed.
Another promotional offer has already been applied.

Can I use my Digital Promotional Voucher with another offer?

Unless otherwise stated, Digital Promotional Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes, discounts or special offers. However, they can be used in conjunction with a G'day Rewards discount.

Any permitted combinations will be outlined in the specific offer.

Is there a minimum spend requirement?

Can I use my voucher more than once?

No. Digital Promotional Vouchers are single-use and can only be redeemed once by the customer to whom they were issued.

Once redeemed, the voucher cannot be reused for another booking unless otherwise stated in the specific offer Terms and Conditions.

What happens if I cancel a booking made using a Digital Promotional Voucher?

If a booking made using a Digital Promotional Voucher is cancelled, the voucher value may be forfeited and cannot be reissued, refunded or extended unless required by law.

Can I transfer my voucher to someone else?

No. Digital Promotional Vouchers are issued for use by the intended recipient and must not be sold, transferred or reproduced.
