At Sevenhill Cellars, the first winery established in South Australia's Clare Valley, you can enjoy distinctive, estate-grown wines and experience their notable heritage and spiritual character.
Sevenhill was settled by the Society of Jesus in 1851 to produce sacramental wine. While this tradition continues today, Sevenhill is also highly regarded for its premium table wines, which are recognised for the regional qualities that have put the Clare Valley on the world stage.
Opened in 2010, the Rattler Trail provides an extension to the Riesling Trail running south from Auburn to the town of Riverton, giving walkers and cyclists an extra 19km to get their teeth into. Not only for cyclists, it is a beautiful walking trail with scenery to delight everyone, passing through rolling farmlands, vineyards and a dairy.

Spring Gully Conservation Park has a steep, undulating terrain that leads into the creek bed of Spring Gully. From Blue Gum Lookout take a walk through grassy woodlands to a seasonal waterfall that plunges from a height of 18 metres after rain.
Enjoy a picnic or admire the wildflowers and orchids that bloom in spring. You may even see western grey kangaroos, euros and common brushtail possums.

Martindale Hall is a Georgian styled with Italianate influenced sandstone mansion which has significant heritage value in South Australia. Built in 1879 – 1880 for Edmund Bowman Jr. at a cost of £30,000 it has some 32 rooms and boasts a large cellar of some 7 rooms.
To visit Martindale Hall today is a unique experience of a living museum, a step back in time to the days of gracious living on a large pastoral estate late in the 1800’s to early 1900’s.

The Clare Valley Model Engineers have a railway with over one kilometre of track that features several bridges and a tunnel in a 10 hectare park. The park includes a large lake, playground, a BMX bike track and walking paths.
