Let’s get active - Outdoor Games and Sports

Sick of the lounge room Olympics with the kids? No worries! At Discovery Parks, the great outdoors is your new playground. Whether it's a friendly (or ultra-competitive) game of basketball or tennis, a putting contest on the mini-golf course, or a battle of wits over giant chess, you won't be hearing ‘I’m bored’ here. And hey, forgot the kids' bikes for the BMX pump tracks? All good, we’ve got go-karts to keep that adrenaline pumping (and also burn some energy). 

 Pack your bathers, it's getting wet - Water Fun 

Water babies, your paradise awaits! It doesn’t matter if you’re a heated pool lounger or a water park warrior; we’ve got your splash time sorted.

Located near gorgeous beaches, serene lakes, and cruising rivers, our parks offer families the chance to swim, kayak, jump on water trampolines, splash around and unwind by the water, all while the parents can have some much-needed R&R time.

Playground adventurers, assemble!

Our playgrounds are basically mini-adventure lands with all the swings, slides, and climbing structures you could dream of. Parents, don’t stress; it’s a safe space to let your little adventurers roam before the bedtime countdown.

Get roastin’ -  Campfire Sessions

C'mon, who doesn't love a good ol’ campfire? Either bring your own or feel free to use the communal fire pits. Whether it's roasting marshmallows, telling taller-than-tall tales, or just enjoying that warm glow, campfire nights are where friendships spark. Just check if your park is flame-friendly before lighting up and keep an eye out for campfire events during the holidays. 

Let’s get crafty with Arts and Crafts

Release your inner Picasso at our arts and crafts workshops for the whole family. Led by park staff, these aren't your average macaroni art sessions. Think painting, pottery, even tie-dye and much more. Perfect for kids and, well, bigger kids (you know who you are). 

Movie Nights under the stars

Snuggle in for movie nights under the stars. Either outdoors or indoors, families can enjoy a family-friendly movie together. The only thing you need to bring? Popcorn. And maybe some tissues if we're screening a tearjerker.

Sausage sizzle

Cooking up a storm at Discovery Parks - Adelaide Beachfront

Nothing more Australian than the smell of a sizzling sausage on the barbie. Team it up with fresh bread, slap on some onion, squirt a bit of sauce (we have plenty of options), and you’ve got yourself a real treat. Keep an eye out for which park serves it up best.

For the foodies

Before the big rush at Discovery Parks - Hahndorf 

Do you struggle for dinner plans? Well these holidays you won't have to. Some of our parks organise your dinner for you. How good is that?!
With a variety of cuisines from pizza, burgers, paella, seafood and more, right at your doorstep (literally).

Food vans are no stranger to our parks, just remember to check in with the park first if they have one organised and if they do - bring your appetite! 

Paint & Sip 

Whether you fancy yourself the next Van Gogh or just want to have a giggle with a glass of wine, Paint & Sip is your jam. You bring the drink; we bring the fun. 

Pancake breaky 

Start your day with that comforting smell of pancakes covered in maple syrup. Hosted by park staff and supporting Rural Aid, it's a gold coin donation for a golden start to your day.
