PATHWAY TO PARK MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
We have partnered with Wise Education Group to deliver a practical in-park accredited training program: “Pathway To Park Management”. The partnership further cements Discovery Parks’ position as a leader in holiday parks.
The training program is designed to provide participants an introduction to park operations with a strong focus on developing leadership skills that are required for a holiday park manager. The program consists of 10 learning modules that are critical to the success of a park manager, which Wise Education Group and Discovery Parks have undertaken extensive consultation to determine.
The 5-day intensive program provides valuable on-site experience. The themes of the training modules vary from finance and time efficiency to people and culture. Upon completion, you will not only receive a certificate of achievement, you will also be able to apply for an Assistant Manager or Park Manager role with Discovery Parks. With over 60 holiday parks around Australia, Discovery Parks offers the opportunity to live and work in some amazing regional and metropolitan locations.
