Pathway To Park Management Program
We have developed a high quality, practical in-park Park Manager training program: “Pathway To Park Management”. The training program further cements Discovery Parks’ position as a leader in holiday parks.
The training program is designed to provide participants with an introduction to park operations with a strong focus on developing leadership skills that are required for a holiday park manager. The program consists of 10 learning modules that are critical to the success of a park manager.
The 5-day intensive program provides valuable on-site experience. The themes of the training modules vary from managing a reservation, finance, leading people, enhancing the customer experience and marketing your holiday park. Upon completion, you will not only receive a certificate of achievement, you will also be able to apply for an Assistant Manager or Park Manager role with Discovery Parks. With over 60 holiday parks around Australia, Discovery Parks offers the opportunity to live and work in some amazing regional and metropolitan locations.

Duration: 5 Days
Training times: 8:30am – 6:00pm daily
Accommodation: Discounted cabin accommodation provided to course participants
Cost: $1,500 plus GST per participant
