Beneath the warm winter skies of Townsville, Townsville Cultural Fest celebrates the depth and diversity of many cultures. Now celebrating 25 years, this year's event will be bigger and better than ever. A quarter of a century of developing community spirit through dance, music, food and fun. The Official Opening Ceremony (featuring an Aboriginal Smoking Ceremony) will be held on 16 August, with the event continuing until 18 August. With concerts, art exhibitions, and international cultural performers, there will be something to suit the whole family! Tempt your tastebuds with foods from many different regions!
