• _{The listed tariff is based on the number and type of guest for the specified time and duration, noting that any additional guests will be added on arrival and charged accordingly.} 
• _{The prices quoted are current at the time of booking and inclusive of GST. Only one promotional or membership offer can be redeemed per booking. A credit transaction fee will apply to all deposits paid using a credit card.} 
• _{These terms and conditions apply to the preferential rebooking rates for our loyal returning customers. They may differ from those on our brand or third-party sites but offer more competitive rates to reward your ongoing loyalty.}  
• _{Upon request, we will make every effort to hold a specific cabin or site. However, we reserve the right to adjust your booking to an equivalent cabin or site category for the same period.} 
• _{People under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.}  
• _{We retain the right to deny admission to Discovery Holiday Parks. In such cases, a complete refund will be provided.} 

^{Deposit Schedule}  

1. _{1st Deposit of 1st nights’ accommodation paid at time of confirmed booking.} 
2. _{2nd Deposit of 25% of total accommodation to be paid by 1st July 2025.} 
3. _{3rd Deposit of 25% of total accommodation to be paid by 1st September 2025.}
4. _{Final Payment - Remaining balance to be paid by 15th November 2025.}

^{Cancellations} 

•  _{Bookings are fully confirmed at the time of reservation, and any payments/deposits paid are non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for early departures, no-shows, or changes made during the stay.}
