There's nothing quite like life by the water. On Koombana Bay, in WA’s lush southwest corner, Discovery Parks - Bunbury Foreshore is close to long white beaches and secluded sandy bays.
Featuring oceanview cabins, ensuite powered sites and a huge community-based shipwreck-themed splash park which sits adjacent to the park, Bunbury Foreshore is the perfect spot for any southwest coast adventure.
Walking distance from Bunbury town centre, cycle paths wind their way along the foreshore metres from the sea where you can swim, dive, fish and snorkel amongst a local population of bottlenose dolphins.
Guests to the park can also taste their way through the acclaimed Geographe wine region, meet all kinds of animals at nearby Bunbury Wildlife Park, enjoy an unspoiled sanctuary along the Mangrove Boardwalk or visit the biggest skate park in the South-West.
Campfires are not permitted at this park from 1 November 2026 - 30 April 2027.
Outside of these times, our Park Manager will monitor local conditions and may under their discretion ban campfires due to the current risk at that time.
You may also check with the park team when you arrive if campfires are permitted or banned during your stay.
