Corporate & Private Functions
Seating a maximum of 100 people, we are equipped with basic AV, have access to smaller meeting spaces (room hire fee applies) and cater for breakfasts, morning teas, lunches, afternoon teas and dinners. Book for the day or stay overnight for a truly team building experience.
Weddings
The lawn at Pinky’s Beach club is the ideal place to say, “I do”. With picture-perfect views overlooking Pinky Beach and Bathurst Lighthouse, celebrate with family and friends at one of Australia’s most beautiful locations. Enjoy locally sourced food and wines over a seated or cocktail reception.
Group Functions
If you are celebrating a birthday, wedding anniversary or another significant milestone with 20 or more guests, we offer a range of menus from formal seated, to a more relaxed cocktail style.
Christmas Parties
During the month of December we will offer a festive Christmas menu for group bookings. Menu upon request.
Whatever your needs, our dedicated event management and functions team will work closely with you to design a package tailored to meet your group’s booking requirements:
