Hello and welcome to the NT! At Discovery Parks – Darwin, the closest thing to stress is having to decide whether to chill by the pool or hang out on your cabin balcony with a cold one.
Stepping out, Darwin City isn't just close; it's your extended playground. Wander into Darwin City and make a dinner date with the waterfront. Catch a sunset at Mindil Beach. Crocosaurus Cove in the city centre offers an up-close look at saltwater crocs.
But don't stop at Darwin. Take a drive to the world-renowned Kakadu National Park. While you're at it, carve out some time for Litchfield National Park and Nitmiluk (Katherine Gorge). The landscapes are so mind-blowing, you'll leave with a newfound respect for this natural beauty. Cool off after a day of adventuring, back at the park in one of two pools, while the kids wear out some energy on the bouncing pillow.
So, if you're all about making memories worth their weight in stunning sunsets, saltwater crocs, and natural wonders, then get yourself over to Discovery Parks - Darwin. Pack your sense of adventure, and maybe an extra SD card for all those photos you're going to take.
Campfires are not permitted across our parks from 1 November 2025 - 30 April 2026.
Outside of these times, our property managers will monitor local conditions and may under their discretion ban campfires due to the current risk at that time.
You may also check with the park team when you arrive if campfires are permitted or banned during your stay.
