In and around Forster Holiday & Caravan Park
This may be river country, but the mountains and bush should not be missed. Go for a horseback ride on a trail to the white sand of Nine Mile Beach or through the trees of Riverwood Downs. Sunrise, sunset, overnight camps, or romantic picnics - it's yours to choose. Horseabout Tours have fantastic, trained guides who will help match you with the right horse. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, this is an afternoon that everyone will enjoy.

Walk the break wall for dolphins galore and spot a whale as they pass by. Local operators are happy to supply you with all the gear you need, lessons, tours, and cruises to make sure your holiday is fun filled and carefree.

Take your pick of three lakes that are part of this beautiful national park and indulge in some fishing, boating, whale watching, surfing or swimming. If it’s too cold for water-sports, turn your attention to one of the largest trees in the state, Grandis, measuring in at 76m. The park also runs guided tours, which will enhance your survival skills and educate you on the history of the area.
