We stayed in a six person cabin at the end of December '10, and the quality of the accommodation and the service of the staff was truly exceptional.

We only stayed one night, however one of the party lost their wallet containing several hundred dollars cash. The staff managed to track down the wallet and, when the wallet was mailed back to the owner, none of the money was even taken. It was just amazing service, the staff went out of their way to be helpful.

The management, the housekeeping, and maintenance staff of the park were all very friendly and hospitable, and overall the one night we stayed was one of our most enjoyable travel experiences to date.

Stayed recently (Sept 2010), in a powered site and it was one of the highlights of our Tassie trip. Well worth the drive to this beautiful region. Park was remote, private and the wildlife amazing - kids had a ball! All facilities were very clean and modern. Went to devils@cradle just down the road (also recommend). Wished we could've stayed longer.

My partner and I stayed at the park back in 2008. We had a phone call the day before arriving saying that the spa cottage was not available as the spa broke the night before and they would compensate us when we arrived. When we arrived we had the choice to pick anything out of the fridge we liked. After picking some drinks and a cheese platter we headed to our room (It was great) so cosy! We were so happy for the effort the park provided to make sure we were happy. We are planning on coming back very soon. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Emma and Aidan
